Nigeria, shorn of their top players when the respective European clubs held on to them, ended the first leg 1-1 in Abuja, leaving their qualification hopes hanging in the balance ahead of the second leg tie.
But coach Uche has now hauled in the heavy artillery, and the team say they are confident of victory.

Star striker Nkwocha was in that team, but says the team are determined not to repeat that heart-stopping experience. “We won’t let this get to that stage. We want to win the game as early as possible because we can’t afford not to qualify.”
The match comes up tomorrow, and the winners qualify for the All Africa Games.

Perpetua Nkwocha is one of seven Europe-based internationals who have joined up with the Super Falcons squad ahead of their departure to Ghana for the second leg of their All Africa Games qualifier.
